The Recipe for Lemon Citrus DIY Poo Pourri
You’ll need:
- 15 drops Lemon essential oil
- 15 drops Bergamot essential oil
- 15 drops Lemongrass essential oil
- 2 teaspoons rubbing alcohol
- 2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
- Distilled water
A 4 ounce bottle with a spray cap
- Carefully place essential oils in the bottle.
- Add rubbing alcohol and mix gently.
- Fill the bottle the rest of the way up with distilled water. (You can use tap water with this, but depending on your water it may have metals or chemicals that might interact with the oils. This is why we recommend distilled water.)
- You will notice that the oils float to the surface of the water. Shake the bottle each time before using it.
