Mouthwatering Patty Melt with organic beef and muenster cheese
We start with 1.5 pounds of local grass-fed organic beef from a local farm in el dorado county.
Then we start with some serious preparation skills after the organic beef is cooked to a perfect medium rare.
Grill some organic onions. Then throw some unsalted organic butter in a saucepan for the Jewish rye bread.
I mixed up some organic mayo, ketchup and pickle relish to make some 1000 island.
And then, BOOM!!!! Look at that beauty.
